  This place is absolutely terrible. A sewer of a restaurant. The customer service and attitudes stinks so bad. So unsanitary also... place is gross, floors slimy, food dropping all over floor an chairs, employees not mindful of keeping clean hands an Touching food and cup brims.
  Also way before closing time they had all chairs up on tables and no places to sit. Floor remained unmopped. Counters not cleaned! Highly highly highly recommend not going here.

  My visit here was stopping through on business and I had little expectation for a place attached to a gas station but this location was fast, friendly, clean and the food came out hot and fresh (better than locations near me). Well done.

  The food is always cold. I have been to this location a few times. One time we could not even find a clean table to eat at although there was plenty of staff and it was not busy. On the rare occasion that your order is right you will get cold burgers, old fries, and chicken that should have been thrown away. Last night we reluctantly visited the drive through where we sat awaiting an employee to take our order. There were three or four employees standing in the drive through goofing off. A little black girl finally took our order 5 minutes later. There was no "welcome to Wendy's". She simply said "can I take your order?". Through the process of our very simple order my wife was interrupted numerous times, which I found to be rude and uncourteous. She ordered six deluxe cheeseburgers, baconator fries, and a chicken wrap. The burgers were cold and soggy. The chicken on the wrap was so old she could not eat it. The fries were cold and had very little cheese and bacon. Not a single "thank you" or "have a great night" from the cashier. She couldn't even extend the courtesy of providing a receipt for our purchase. After so many bad visits to this location we decided it would be best to contact a manager. Nobody at the restaurant answered the phone all morning. We finally got an answer at 1:00 PM, where the manager was hard to understand. We was able to report the incident, but chances are the food will be of the same quality when we pick it up. If not for the fact that it's the only fast food establishment close to us, we wouldn't even bother. Wendy's needs to sell this location to Burger King or McDonald's if this is their level of customer satisfaction. I would venture to say that everyone else who lives in the surrounding area feels the same way and would much rather see a Burger King or a McDonald's than this Wendy's that serves horrible food and provides even worse customer service.
